Prior to any initial booking, a complimentary meet-and-greet session will be conducted, including the completion of necessary paperwork. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Any changes to standard rates will be communicated to clients in advance. 

Liability Release and Indemnification

Assumption of Risk: I, the client, acknowledge that walking dogs comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with other animals, environmental hazards, and unpredictable behaviour from my own dog or other dogs. I accept all risks associated with the services provided by Tail Of A Time Dog Walking.

Client Responsibility for Dog’s Actions: I agree that I am solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by my dog(s) to other animals, people, or property while under the care of Tail Of A Time Dog Walking. This includes any veterinary bills, medical expenses, or damages caused by my dog(s).

Business Liability Limitation: I understand that Tail Of A Time Dog Walking will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of my dog(s) and others during walks. However, I release Tail Of A Time Dog Walking and its employees, contractors, or agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party animals, environmental factors, or unforeseen events.

Indemnification Clause: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tail Of A Time Dog Walking from any claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the behaviour or actions of my dog(s) while under the care of Tail Of A Time Dog Walking.

Emergency Veterinary Care: In the event of an emergency, I authorise Tail Of A Time Dog Walking to seek veterinary care for my dog(s). I agree to reimburse all associated costs and understand that Tail Of A Time Dog Walking is not liable for outcomes of such care.
